ABOUT ME

Professor McMullen is the Associate Dean for Graduate Studies. She teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in early childhood education, and her research interests include international comparison of definitions of quality curriculums and environments and the relationship to recommended practices with children from birth through age eight, beliefs and their relationship to caregiving and teaching practices, and professional development of infant toddler caregivers. Professor McMullen serves on multiple boards and committees whose missions include the promotion of appropriate care and education of young children and professional development of those who work with them.
