ABOUT ME

I teach Needs Analysis and Assessment, Instructional Technology Foundations, and Evaluation in the Instructional Development Process.

I had worked as an HR professional for more than 10 years, both in business and academic sectors. My research interest centers on action learning in organizations, based on my work experience as an external facilitator in large companies in South Korea. Other research interests include a new scholarship in human performance technology, human resource development, and workplace issues.
