I teach Needs Analysis and Assessment, Instructional Technology Foundations, and Evaluation in the Instructional Development Process.
I had worked as HRD professional over varied Korean organizations in the past years. I am willing to share with graduate students my success (and sometimes failed) stories in my professional work experience.
My research centers on action learning as an organization development intervention based on my experience as an external facilitator in large Korean companies. I strongly believe that action learning is a powerful organizational learning tool that can promote both learning and performance in workplaces. My other research topics include theory development and convergence of HR fields, HRD practices in the IT industry and international HRD.
